Welcome to IBM's Family FunPak free game - TD Gammon!

To install this program, follow the simple instructions below,
then enjoy matching your skill against a world-class competitor!

o  Create a subdirectory called TDGAMMON
o  Unzip files (using most any DOS or OS/2 unzip program)
o  Drag a program template from the templates folder onto your 
   desktop
o  This will bring up the settings folder for the program
o  In the PATH and FILE NAME area, put in the following:
   c:/tdgammon/tdgammon.exe, substituting c: for your correct
   drive letter
o  Then click on the GENERAL tab and put in the name of the
    program - TDGAMMON
o  Close the settings folder

You now have a TDGAMMON object on your desktop.  Simply
double click on it and begin the game.

The game begins with the one die from each player already thrown,
so if you have the higher number, it's your turn, otherwise the game
will have already taken it's first turn.
