COUNTDWN.EXE

        This is a freebee... That is, you get it for nothing. All it does 
is sleep for the appropriate number of seconds and count down the seconds 
on the screen. It has no other purpose. It is useful for placing measured 
pauses in .CMD files where you might want the chance to break out of a 
program that has gone crazy. You may use and distribute it with our 
compliments.

USAGE:

countdwn nsecs

        nsecs is the number of seconds you wish to wait before proceeding.
