New features in UserOn/RA 1.10:

- The path of your RA setup is now determined from the command line, instead
  of the RA environment variable. The RA path is the first parameter accepted
  by UserOn. Refer to the documentation.

- New OS/2 version included! Just run USERON2.EXE instead of USERON.EXE.
