V1.41 -
 - Fixed signature bug, new systems no longer goof up everyone.

 - Upgraded the OpenScr.EXE to work properly with the new version.

 - Grafitti can be up to 20 lines long now.
 - There are now 5 Sysop definable access levels so you can give prefered
