Budget MASTER(tm)
Quick Start:
  UnZip into the directory of your choice. (Ie. C:\Budget)
  Type Manual to read the Manual(Budget.TXT).
  or
  Type Budget to Run Budget MASTER(tm)

UnInstall (Gasp!)
  Deltree the directory you put budget into. That's all there is to it.
  (You _Could_ EMail us(AOL:WizShop; CIS:102527,1253) and tell us why
  you don't like Budget MASTER(tm)...
  This would help us make better programs! ).
