With this tool you can convert your MS-Internet-Explorer-Favorites to NS-Navigator-Bookmarks
and vice-versa.

This first Version is complete Freeware. You can use and copy to friends how often you want.

The hole ZIP-File can free be published via Online-Services, Internet, CD-Producer or whatever you want!

Installation Notes:

No Install, the Exe-File can be called directly...

Some functions are reserved for future shareware-release:

1. Automatic MERGEing Bookmarks and Favorites together will only work in registered Shareware-Rel.

2. Adding to a subfolder will work on next (shareware-)release.

3. Helpfile will be available soon (but, who care about...) - Some Inline-Help will be displayed.

4. German Version will be available soon (but just as, who care about...)
