Quickest Way to Install


1) Copy the NB3216.zip file into the directory where the program will
reside.

2) run "pkunzip -od nb32163.zip" - which unzips the files and creates the
download and upload directory

3) Add the program to windows 95 or NT.

4) Run it - You need to add you NNTP (NEWS) Server to the server list
    using the setup menu's

5) Look at the newsgroups in the newsgroup menu - add,delete enable or disable
    groups that you want.

6) Hit the start button and sit back.

7) If you get stuck - read the NEWSBIN.TXT - it explains the layout of the
INI file which controls the functionality of the program
