Installation for WebFetch v1.0m

Here are the files included in this distribution:

        IPP20.VBX
        THREED.VBX
        WEBFETCH.EXE
        README.1ST
        INSTALL.TXT

Place the following files in the webfetch application directory :
        WEBFETCH.EXE
        README.1ST
        INSTALL.TXT

Place the following files in the windows/system directory only if they
are needed!. (i.e. they are not already there.) :
        IPP20.VBX
        THREED.VBX 

Additional files that you should have in your windows or windows\system 
directory :
        WINSOCK.DLL
        VBRUN300.DLL
