This program generates a Rip & Ansi screen of the callers who have a 
birthday on the current day. It also leaves them a custom message.


INSTALLING
  
 1st:  Make a Directory in your Wildcat home directory called BIRTHDAY.
       Make sure that all the files are in the SAME directory. 

 2nd:  Edit BIRTHDAY.CFG file!

 3rd:  Edit BIRTHDAY.MSG. This file is send to the user on his bday.

 4th:  Logon on Locally to your BBS. Go to the Sysop's Menu and select
       [E]vents. Select [9] Run WcCode Program. Go to [A]dd. Have the
       program run once a day, everday. When prompted for the path,
       put complete path of BIRTHDAY.WCX.
