To install:	#1: Place DuBirth.WCX in your Wildcat directory (c:\wc5)
		#2: Place all other files in a subdirectory under your wildcat
		    directory call "\DuBirth" (e.g., c:\wc5\dubirth).  [You must
		    use the subdirectory name "DuBirth"!]
		#3: Edit DuBirth.WSH if you want to
		#4: Edit DuBirth.CFG for your system
		#5: Copy DuBirth.BAT to your batch file directory.  Edit if necassary.

To Run:		Simply run the bacth file DuBirth.bat as soon as possible after
		midnight each day.  I use wcEvent to that for me.  If you want the
		batch file to close after each run, make sure that you set the
		win95 property for that batch file to "close on exit".
