The Cross Trainer is a Windows application designed to track Nutrition, Weight Lifting and Aerobic Exercises. It will create and schedule workouts and set goals for you to achieve each workout. The Cross Trainer allows you to maintain a list of your favorite foods and allows you to track what you are eating each day. A weigh in option allows you to track your weight and measurements of the major bodyparts. The Aerobic Scheduler allows you to schedule Aerobic Activities.
