WordWeb version 1.51 - Windows 3.1x and Windows 95 Edition. E-Mail: WordWeb@netword.demon.co.uk Internet: http://www.wp.com/netword/wweb.html WordWeb is a powerful freeware thesaurus/dictionary for Windows. Files are supplied for both Windows 95 and Windows 3.1x. WordWeb is supplied on two zip files - you will need both WWEB95.ZIP and WWEBDATA.ZIP, unless you are upgrading in which case you just need WWEB95.ZIP. Unzip both these files to the same directory. To use WordWeb run the WWEB.EXE (Windows 3.1) or WWEB32.EXE (Windows 95) programs. All the distribution files must be in the same directory the first time you run WordWeb. After that they should all remain in the same directory apart from WordWeb.DLL and WWeb32.DLL which you can copy to your Windows directory. The first time you run WordWeb it will set itself up correcly. If you move any of the files after running the program for the first time you will may be prompted to enter the location to which you moved the files. If you have Windows 95 but wish to use WordWeb from Windows 3.1 programs e.g. MS Word 6, you will need WORDWEB.DLL in your Windows directory, but otherwise you can safely delete the Windows 3.1 files. You may use WordWeb free of charge for whatever you like - I hope you enjoy the program. The program is 'bannerware' - I let you use it for free in the hope that you may be interested in my other programs Crossword Compiler and WordWeb Pro. See the on-line help for details. WordWeb may be freely distributed without royalty as long as all the files in the distribution are copied together unchanged. If you wish to distribute WordWeb on a CD or cover disk you are free to do so, but please send me a copy at Antony Lewis, 16 Townley Rd, London SE22 8SR, UK. WordWeb is copyright © Antony Lewis 1996.
