      1) Players no longer marked as having played unless they make at
         least one guess.
      2) Message "GIVE UP, HUH?" no longer displayed to callers who haven't
         actually made a guess.
      3) "Sorry, you can only play once a day." message is now centered
         in display.

      1) Changed symbol for unguessed letters from "_" to "*" because
         CGA moditors can't distinguish the number of ___'s well.
