INSTRUCTIONS:

Put this DEMO file (e1m1.dem) into the ID1 directory.
Bring down the console (using the ~ key), and type:
PLAYDEMO e1m1

E1M1 "The Slipgate Complex"

     - Nightmare skill level

     - 100% Kills (42/42)

     - 100% Secrets (6/6)

     - AXE only!

I tried to record from the START level, showing the secret for
selecting NIGHTMARE mode.  Alas, the playback wouldn't work
correctly if another level is loaded (when I jumped to E1M1)!
All that work for nothing!  So I had to go back and do it over
again starting at E1M1, but setting "SKILL 3" first.
