Via Nova (TM) Registration Form/Invoice

There is a command in the screen saver that creates an order
form  to  be used to register the product.  It is  available
under  the "Select Menu Item" dialog box by pressing "Create
Order  Form".  A sample of the created order form is  below.
Don't use it unless you can't create the order form by using
the application.  See the Help file for further information.
