                  LIMITED USE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you, the end-user and Something Else Unltd.

You are granted the right to use QUATERNITY V1.3 
the SHAREWARE VERSION of the software for as long as you like.

You are granted the right to FREELY DISTRIBUTE (give  copies to other persons 
and/or electronically transmit) this SHAREWARE VERSION of the software, 
royalty free. However such distribution must be of the complete and unaltered 
version including all files as listed below:

ORDER.TXT     Registered upgrade ordering information
Q13.EXE       The SHAREWARE VERSION of program
README.TXT    Install/Run information     
VENDOR.TXT    Vendor agreement
The preferred distribution method is the original compressed QQQQ13.ZIP file.

You shall NOT modify, disassemble, decompile or by any means reverse engineer 
the program.

You shall NOT use this software for any commercial purpose except as defined 
by VENDOR.TXT

YOU AGREE THAT THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.
SOMETHING ELSE UNLTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES 
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PROGRAM.                            

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND/OR VIOLATE THIS AGREEMENT YOUR
LIMITED LICENSE IS AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED.
