In unregistered versions the most notable function not available is the
inability to add more than 10 records a yearly database.  In many of the
supplied *.dat files included there are more than 10 records, so you will
not be able to add to some years already on disk until you register.
In unregistered versions when you make a web page for a year it will not
process more than 10 records per yearly database.
