 - HTML-Ed is an editor for HTML code.
 - It is written completely in C.  As a consequence, HTML-Ed is FAST.
 - Good things come in small packages; the executable is only ~90k.
 - It is designed to be easily and quickly used with only the keyboard.
 - supports all the _common_ HTML 2.0 tags, as well as selected HTML
   3.0 tags.
 - built-in browser (WebExplorer DLL's are required) for almost
   instantaneous testing.
 - supports multi-file editing via a ring-system.
 - supports REXX macros & adds over 50 new functions to the REXX language
