ncf-1to2 - Converts NcFTP v1.9.3 ncrecent file to v2.3.0 bookmarks file.

This is a quick and dirty program to convert the old NcFTP v1.9.3
ncrecent file (where your hostnames are stored) to the new
NcFTP v2.3.0 bookmarks file.

Be sure you have the HOME environment variable set and that it points
your home directory.  ncf-1to2 will read the $HOME\ncrecent file and
add to or create $HOME\.ncftp\bookmarks file.
