6/5/96 ***************************** NetFolder 1.35 with Constructor 1.0 by KrazyDog Software ***************************** NetFolder 1.35 is a group of nested folders populated with Uniform Resource Locator (URL) objects that link to lots of information about Operating System/2 (OS/2) on the World Wide Web (WWW) and other parts of the Internet. It takes advantage of OS/2's drag and drop capabilities as well as the features of Object Desktop by Stardock to create a list of internet links far superior to WebExplorer's QuickList and Netscape's Boomarks. And unlike the other WebEx bookmark programs that are available, this one is FREE! NetFolder is nothing more than a set of folders of internet links and does not contain any program code or executables. It now features a NEW GRAPHICAL INSTALL / UNINSTALL PROGRAM with multimedia sounds written with VisPro REXX and harnessing the power of REXX to manipulate the Workplace Shell. NetFolder is free to anyone who wishes to use it. However, only Object Desktop users empowered with Browse Mode will be able to fully appreciate it's ease of use. NetFolder will only work with OS/2 Warp 3.0 and higher. NetFolder will be updated at least once a month. VISIT the NetFolder FAQ page for more information (you can launch the NetFolder URL in your newly installed NetFolder!) http://www.webbuild.com/~neice/netfold.htm ********************** TO INSTALL: NetFolder now has a graphical install routine with mulitmedia sounds called Constructor 1.0. Constructor will create NetFolder on your desktop and then populate NetFolder with URL's and other folders that link to OS/2 sites on the Internet. It even includes an uninstall routine. 1. Unzip all files to a temporary folder. (This applies to Object Desktop users as well. You CAN'T run the install program from within an Object Archive). 2. Double click on cnstruct.exe THAT'S ALL! ********************* Questions about NetFolder can be sent to: Michael Neice, neice@nando.net KrazyDog Software http://www.webbuild.com/~neice/kdog.htm ********************* NOTES: Object Desktop is a product & trademark of Stardock.
