To view the SKELETON source files,
you can use almost any text editor.

To build SKELETON, you may need additional
software (see the SKELETON Help File).

To run SKELETON and view the SKELETON Help File,
you will need Microsoft Windows 95.

I do not have Windows NT 4.0 with the new shell 
loaded so I do not know if SKELETON runs there
as well. Other than using Semaphores for
preventing multiple instances, I have not made a
conscious effort to make SKELETON run on NT.
