This program was designed as a PC/Windows based tool to allow
off-line logging of a batch digitizing list or a simple 
"cuts only" edit decision list. The program produces a 
simple non-drop frame CMX340 style list that can be imported 
into some non-linear systems (its original intent) as well as 
some linear systems. It does not directly interface with any 
video equipment. Time codes are derived from using
window burns, a time code reader or the front panel display 
of a video deck with time code display capability. 

This DEMO program is fully functional but limits the List, 
Save and Print functions to FIVE items.

Unzip dmxcmx10.zip in a temporary directory.
You should have the following files:

	cmdialog.vb_
	commdlg.dl_
	ddeml.dl_
	dmxsetup.ex_
	lmcmx_dm.ex_
	lmcmx_dm.tx_
	readme.txt (This File)
	setup.exe
	setup.lst
	setupkit.dl_
	vbrun300.dl_
	ver.dl_

If in File Manager, install L:I:S:T Maker CMX
by double clicking on this program's setup.exe file.

Or if in Program Manager, install by:

	clicking File
	clicking Run
	Type in "X:setup"
	       ("X" being the Drive and/or Dir in 
	       which you unzipped dmxcmx_10.zip)
	Hit Enter


This DEMO version of L:I:S:T Maker CMX is freely 
distributable, in its complete and unaltered form 
(the dmxcmx10.zip file or ALL of its components), 
for demonstration purposes only. Any commercial 
reproductions or distributions are prohibited.
