Startup problems with STPM.exe.

To correct any of the following problems:

 - Running STPM.exe and its main window is never displayed.
 - Running STPM.exe, then clicking Create New Message.
 - Running STPM.exe, then clicking delete message.
 - If STPM.exe is just plain not functioning properly

... then you have a Wildcat Conference problem.

Remedy:

	- Bring Down wcServer.
	- Run wcRepair.exe on your wcMessage Database.
	- View your "Conference Areas" in wcConfig.exe and
          verify that the Conference Names are correct.


	- Now restart wcServer
	- Run STPM.exe... and your ready to go.
