PRIVATE USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Professional Carrier is a "shareware" program and is provided to the user 
for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but the 
Professional Carrier package must be distributed in unmodified, complete 
form. Also, Professional Carrier may not be distributed in conjunction with 
any other product without the expressed, written consent of RMH Computer 
Services.  

If you find this program useful and find that you are using Professional 
Carrier beyond the 30-day evaluation period, you are legally required to 
purchase a fully licensed version from RMH Computer Services. For ordering 
information, please refer to the ORDER.TXT file included with this package.

The fully-licensed version includes a lifetime usage license for one copy 
of Professional Carrier for use on any one computer at any one time.  You 
must treat this software just like a book. For example, the software may be 
used by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer 
location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at 
more than one location, or by more than one person, at any one time. Just 
as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.

Non-registered users of Professional Carrier are licensed only to use the 
program on an evaluation basis for the sole purpose of determining whether 
or not it meets their requirements. This evaluation period shall be 30 
days. All other use requires purchase of a fully-licensed copy. 

Commercial users of Professional Carrier must purchase fully-licensed 
copies of Professional Carrier within 30 days of first use or their license 
is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting RMH 
Computer Services.

You are encouraged to pass a copies of the complete Professional Carrier 
package along to your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to 
purchase fully-licensed copies if they find the program useful.  

U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. 
Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall 
be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer 
software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical 
Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
