TTSERV is a Telnet Text Server for Windows. What this means is, any time
another user tries to telnet to your computer, it will display a text file
to the remote users screen. This file can be of any length, but is limited
to 100 lines or possibly less, depending on the speed of your connection.

TTSERV monitors the telnet port (23) for an incoming transmission. Please
note that if the filename chosen does not exist, or is deleted, further
requests for connection will be refused. Any data recieved from a
connection is ignored.

Be sure to check out the update function. It will not only let you know if
there is a new version out, but will tell you where to find it. Version 2.0
will not be limited to 100 lines and is to be released soon with enhanced
features such as pausing and other such interaction.
