Place the following files in the webfetch application directory :
        WEBFETCH.EXE
        README.1ST
        INSTALL.TXT
        VERSION.TXT
        FEATURE.TXT

Place the following files in the windows/system directory (If needed- 
i.e. they are not already there.) :
        IPP20.VBX
        THREED.VBX
