INSTALLATION OF SCRAVI VERSION 3.0 ================================== SCRAVI is a screen saver that plays AVI animation files. Also SCRAVI is a screen saver that plays a music CD while showing pictures. To use SCRAVI, your Windows must be able to play .AVI files. Under Windows 3.1, you must install "MS-Video for Windows" disks (available on Microsoft Internet FTP site -> ftp.microsoft.com). If you use Win95, it should be already setup to play .AVI files. To install SCRAVI, copy these files: SCRAVI3.SCR in the Windows directory (usually C:\WINDOWS) SCRAVI.INI in the Windows directory (usually C:\WINDOWS) VBRUN300.DLL in the System directory (usually C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM) MCI.VBX in the System directory (usually C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM) THE SETUP PANEL: ---------------- WHEN YOU SELECT TO PLAY A MUSIC CD: -You may select to play songs in sequence or to let SCRAVI shuffle them -You may display or not the blue CD status box -You may display pictures while playing music on the CD Pictures can be changed on an interval of 15,30,45 or 60 seconds. WHEN YOU SELECT TO PLAY AVI FILES: -You may run AVI files in full screen (bits are stretched to fit the screen) -You may run AVI files in a window with a black screen (works only with Win3.1) -You may run AVI files in a window over the screen The window can be placed randomly. CHOOSING PICTURES/AVI FILES: The CD music player and the AVI player have their own section to select which files to show/play. You simply select them with the ADD button. To remove unwanted files, select those to remove and click REMOVE. REMEMBER TO CLICK ON "SAVE SETUP" TO SAVE CHANGES. By clicking on "SAVE SETUP" the currently displayed player (AVI / Music) will be the active one. REGISTRATION OF SCRAVI: ======================= The un-registered version allows you to play up to 5 .AVI files; and it will stop after all files has been played 20 times. Also the un-registered version allows you to show up to 20 pictures when playing a music CD. The registered version allows you to show unlimited pictures, play unlimited number of .AVI files; with an unlimited number of sequence.
