To set up the MTRXCALC application is easy once you have the correct
file(s).  Look for a file with file name MTC95V22.ZIP or MTC95*.ZIP.


SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

1)  Create a new directory on your hard drive and copy MTC95??.ZIP to
this directory.

2)  Unzip (expand) MTC95??.ZIP  in this new directory.

3)  Then double click on the setup.exe file and follow the instructions.

4)  That's all -- Run MTRXCALC.EXE and the application starts.

5)  Please see the help topic 'Getting Started' before you begin.

6)  To un-install follow the normal windows procedures from control
panel.

PLEASE NOTE!  This is a 32-bit IMB PC-Compatible (Intel processor)
program and requires Windows NT, or Windows 95.
