* 0.7 or higher, just replace the old CODEX.EXE and CODEX.HLP files with

* includes the Bible text) for this program to run. Without the KJV.DAT
* file (or at least some Bible version), it will not do much of anything!

* site. The file BIBLE_10.ZIP includes the Bible data and these newer
* files. If you can't find it, then you may use the data file KJV.DAT

Thank you for taking the time to try Codex, the full-featured Bible con-
cordance designed specifically for OS/2 Warp!

Our first Christian OS/2 software product was the WordWise Daily Scripture
Calendar. Though it's also available for Windows, NT, DOS, Mac, Linux &
Amiga, we have received proportionally more support from the OS/2 community
than any other. Many of you wanted a true OS/2 concordance, and in a hurry.
You asked and here it is.

This sixth release, version 1.1, sports an MDI environment, great perform-
ance, and many nice features added as well. Admittedly, it is not up to par
with most high-end Windows programs, but what is implemented so far is done
well, and updates are frequent. 

Version 1.1 was released August 21, 1996. For the whole story, choose the
menu item named "Product status" under the Help menu.

To install Codex, just unzip all of the archived files into a directory named
CODEX and run the program. (Again, assuming you already have the KJV.DAT
or NASB.DAT file.) Nothing complicated about that.

While you're at it, why not download WordWise as well? You'll find it at all
the popular OS/2 sites as WW_OS215.ZIP. (The official distribution site is
provided by BMT Micro: ftp.wilmington.net/bmtmicro/ )
