DUALDOSC.COM is a program which was designed to quickly and fully test an OS/2 dual display system to see if it is working properly. It can also be run on a DOS dual display system. The package consists of 5 files: -DUALDOSC.COM -CONTINUE.COM -LASTTEST.BAT -SAYBYE.COM -READMEC.TXT (this file) It can be run with a VGA or SVGA primary display , and a monochrome secondary display. It should be run in a full screen DOS session, with the UMB set to OFF in the settings notebook. This is important. If UMB is accidentally set to ON, the secondary display will not work. It does produce printed output, so a printer is desirable. It can be used to test various OS/2 versions beginning with 2.0, specific display adapters and monitors, updated display drivers, fix packs, and new versions which might become available. To run the program, copy all the files into a single directory, such as C:\DUAL. Then, switch to that directory as the working directory, and type DUALDOSB at the prompt. Good luck! James F.
