License Agreement for INIEdit/2 Version 1.52

	 IF YOU USE THIS PROGRAM THEN YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS

   I, Adam Van de Berghe, grants you a license to use this program.  For a
trial period of fourteen days.  If after fourteen days you do not want to
register INIEdit/2, then you MUST discontinue using it.  I do not transfer
title of this program to you.
   With this program, you may:
     1) Use the Shareware copy of this program on one or more machines at a
        time;  The registered copy can be used only one ONE machine at a time.
     2) Re-distribute the program only if all documentation is supplied and the
        program is distributed freely and the program is shareware.
   You may not:
     1) Sub-license, rent, sell or lease this program;
     2) Reverse assembile, reverse engineer, reverse compile or alter this
        program in any way.
   This program is provided "AS IS" with no warrenty expressed or implied.  For
