              *** INSTALLATION NOTES *** 

If you have installed the Evaluation Copy or the Full Version 
of NetMC, you do not need to load the NetMC Player.
The NetMC Player files are included with the NetMC installation.


To INSTALL the NetMC Player program, double-click on the 
SETUP.EXE program and follow the instructions to install the
NetMC Player.  We recommend that you use the default values.


          ***  WHAT IS THE NETMC PLAYER?  ***

The NetMC Player will allow you to view Web pages that 
contain Composed Media files generated using the 
NetMC Multimedia Authoring Tool.  

The NetMC Player contains a Netscape Plug-in that will allow 
you to view a Web page, using Netscape Navigator 2.0 or higher, 
that contains embedded Composed Media files created with NetMC.

The NetMC Player Setup program will automatically load the NetMC 
Player Plug-in in the Netscape plugins directory.  

Additionally, the ActiveX control files for Microsoft's
Internet Explorer 3.0 (Release Version) are loaded.
The ActiveX control files will allow you to view a Web page, 
using Internet Explorer 3.0  that contains embedded Composed 
Media files created with NetMC.
