Send is a 32-bit commandline tool for 
NetPopup which allows you to send messages 
to NetPopup running on WindowsNT or W95.


Using:

	Send "Receivers-IP" "myname" "message" "title" priority

Where:

	-Receivers-IP is the address where you like to send the message.

	-myname is the name you whish to call yourself.

	-message is the main message body

	-title is the messages title

	-priority is 0 or 1. 1 launch system-modal dialog in 
	server side when message arrives.


NOTE: Send does not verify that parameters are correct.
If some parameter is mixed up it may cause receiving NetPopup 
to enter neverending loop.
