This zip archive should contain the following files:

2. install.exe          the installation program
3. file_id.diz          application description

Please feel free to distribute the zip archive to your friends, family,
and relatives, anyone who enjoys softball or baseball. I respectfully
request that if you do so, please do not modify any of the above files.


To install VES:
---------------
1. From Windows 3.1 Program Manager, select the File menu and choose Run.
   or From Windows 95, click on Start, then click on Run.
2. Type install.exe and don't forget to include the full path to the
   installation program.
3. Follow the instructions on screen.


To run VES, you will also need to acquire vb40016.dll and msajt200.dll 
These runtime libraries can be obtained by downloading vesdll.zip. If
your system does not have vb40016.dll, you will not be able to run the
ves21 install procedure until you install vesdll. If your system does
not have msajt200.dll, VES will not be able to create any League File
databases.
