using (or even posessing) Quest, you must agree to and comply 
with the following rules. If you do not agree with and / or do not plan

1) Quest Public Beta 1.080 (as well as any private betas made 
prior to it) cannot be sold or packaged (this includes but is 
not limited to the oh-so-popular compilation CD's) in any way, partial 
or complete, without written permission from its two authors, 
Trey Harrison and Chris Carollo.
 
2) Anything created or modified (in part or whole) through the use of 
Quest Public Beta 1.080 (or any private betas made prior to it)
cannot be sold or packaged (this includes but is not limited 
to the oh-so-popular compilation CD's) in any way, partial or 
complete, without written permission from its two authors, Trey
Harrison and Chris Carollo.
 
3) Any distribution of data created or modified with Quest 
Public Beta 1.080 (or any private betas made prior to it) will fully 
comply with the distribution policies of id software.
