Readme for Race Car Setting Editor v.2.1

  Copy both files into the same directory where you have previous version of the RCSE.EXE file. (Or the RCSE-D.EXE if you had demo version.)
  Run the program as you normally would. Now with a full Windows help system is available. All you need do is click on the Help from the menu bar and it will bring up the help file. Use it as you would any Windows help file.
  If you are in one of the editor screens, just highlight one of the drop-down boxes by clicking on it or tabbing to it. Once it is highkighted, simly press F1 for contect-sensitive help.
