===========
Resolves the font mapping set up problem when no printer
is installed.
Provides small bug fixes to the conversion process.
Provides a messaging on/off function to enable DCM for OS/2
to run uninterupted in an OS/2 full screen session.

** Creates the Lotus Notes RFT-CD Conversion Folder. The 
** conversion code behind the folder is not fully implemented
** in this release.

OS/2 Implementation :
=====================
There is no re-name ability for duplicate filenames.

Do not have two Conversion Folder Notebooks open when converting
documents. There is a memory conflict which may confuse the conversion
process.



Document Conversion :
=====================
DCA-RFT extended character set Bullet characters used in outline 
numbering schemes are converted as standard character set values. This
will be fixed in the next point release.

Ami Pro frames should be anchored with no wrap beside for roundtripping.

No graphics conversion takes place, but IOCA graphics are roundtripped 
and are maintained as external data files for Ami Pro use.
Ami Pro graphics are maintained as DisplayWrite non-text objects, but do 
not roundtrip with this release.
