DB Lock 1.22
============

DB Lock is a shareware tool for database application developers.  It
works best with Visual Basic 4.0 and Microsoft Access.  It can read
databases created in MS Access versions 1.0, 1.1 and 95.

Features:

- See how your application behaves in different locking situations in network
  use 
- See the usage and lock status of the tables in a database
- Lock any table manually 
- Lock a record (a page) in a table manually
- Determine if a table is left open after it has been used in your
  application 

What is needed to run the program: 
It is required that you have Visual Basic 4.0 installed on your
system. 

Versions:
=========
The program comes in 2 versions: One in 16 bits and one in 32 bits. The
version you have is described in CONTENTS.TXT. 

16-bit version:
This version can read MS Access databases for Access v1.0, v1.1 and v2.0.

32-bit version:
This version can read MS Access databases for Access v1.0, v1.1, v2.0, 
and Access 95.

If you don't have VB 4.0, use an older version, namely DB Lock v1.21.
