What does it do?

Well it reboots your computer (restarts). This can be quite dangerous
with open files and write-behind buffers. However I have tried to add
some futures that reduce this risk; flushing buffers etc.
However, I'm not responsible for any damages. This software will not work 
well under multitasking environments such as Windows.

How to make it do what it can?

The switches

You can use both slashes (/) and minuses (-) before the commands.
To do a reboot you simply have to issue the command booter /b.
To get my email address you issue the command booter /c.
If you need help then just booter /h.

It did not work?

It is not so very much I can do with that. Maybe you had some 
Antivirus utile running that blocked bOOTEr or maybe some
other security utile on your system, if you encounter this more
than once, please mail me and tell about it. 

What does it mean that this file is PGP signed?

I have signed this file and booter.com (booter.sig) with my PGP
signature, so that You have the opportunity to check wherever
some one has changed these files before you got them. Please report
by mail to me if they where. You can get my PGP public key
from my web page and public key servers.
