SCID201.ZIP (freq SENTRY) - SHAREWARE [116 kb]

   Sentry-CID v2.01 for DOS and OS/2.  Sentry (or SCID) reads your mailer's
   logfile (both U.S. and Canadian formats), verifies the Caller-ID data to
   the best of its abilites and logs on or barricades users.  Sentry v2 now
   includes a powerful new-user validator which allows users to be verified
   on-line eliminating the need for kludgy call-back verifiers.  Among it's
   many features is even an option to update your system clock!  Sentry-CID
   is similar to "MAXCID03", but with many added features and improvements.
   (Auto-Login and New User Validation available only for Maximus).

   Last-minute release: Validator and Updater are now functional in the
                        unregistered version!


ALFIE01.ZIP (freq ALFIE) - NEW SHAREWARE for '97!

   Alfie, similar to Archie on the internet, is a module which will
   simplify bbs file-searching in your area.  Alfie maintains a searchable
   database of bbs filelists which can be accessed locally (from the bbs by
   its users) or remotely via SQUISH, JAM and *.MSG message echos/netmail.

   ** Alfie's tentative release date is early 1997


ALF_FC01.ZIP (freq ALFIEFC) - NEW FREEWARE for '97!

   AlfieFC's main function is to generate compiled file-requestable
   filelists for the Alfie server, but can also be used as a stand-alone
   text ALLFILES list creator.  Supports all FILES.BBS systems, with
   special support for Maximus and Remote Access filebases.  Features
   include re-sorting of FILES.BBS, ANSI and ASCII file generation.
