SDFTP License Agreement

Shareware Version:
You are free to test and distribute the publicly available
shareware version of SDFTP in its unmodified original form.

Registered Version:
SDFTP is licensed on a per use basis.  For every machine
that will be using (executing) SDFTP you will need one Personal
Edition License.  If you wish to include SDFTP into a program
that you have developed you are required to purchase the
SDFTP Project License.

Warranty (Registered and Shareware)
SDFTP is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty.  No claims
are made to the uses or performance of SDFTP.  SDFTP is also
not warranted to be error free or bug free.  The risk involved
in using SDFTP belongs soley to you.
