You can install this program by running the INSTALL.EXE. program
included with the DELEGATOR file archive. Before installing the progam,
please read the full text below. If you don't agree with the terms
for using this evaluation version, do not proceed with the
installation.  The text of this file is repeated at the start of the
installation process.  
 
Once you have installed DELEGATOR, please take a few moments to read
the Introduction in the HELP system. After that, you can get a fast
start using DELEGATOR by going to The Basics in the HELP system.

Madrigal Soft Tools Inc. offers this software "As Is" and does not
warrant that the software is error free.  Madrigal Soft Tools Inc.
disclaims all other warranties with respect to the software, either
express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement
of third party rights.

In using the software the user agrees that in no event shall Madrigal
Soft Tools Inc. or its suppliers be liable for consequential,
incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery,
performance or use of the software, even if Madrigal Soft Tools Inc.
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The user also
agrees that in no event will Madrigal Soft Tools Inc.'s liability for
any claim exceed the license fee paid by the user.

===== License for Use and Distribution =================

Detailed information on the terms and conditions for use and
distribution of this evaluation version of DELEGATOR is available in
its HELP system and in the compressed data section of the
VENDINFO.DIZ file, if it is present.

The evaluation version may be used on a single workstation, or by
several users on a network for evaluation purposes.  The fully licensed
version, however,may only be used on a single workstation OR by a
single user unless explicity stated otherwise in a licensing document.
To use the licensed version on more than one workstation AND by more
than one user, either on a network or multiple stand alone work stations,
please contact Madrigal Soft Tools Inc. directly.

You may evaluate this fully functional version of DELEGATOR for 21
days.  If you wish to continue using DELEGATOR after 21 days, you
are required to license the software.   After 21 days, access to DELEGATOR
will be increasingly delayed by a second for each day from the end of the
evaluation period.   Upon receiving your license order,  we will send you
the access code that disables the delay and reminder screen.  You will
also receive the permanent version of the most recent release of DELEGATOR
on diskette.

You can order your single user license for only $39.00 (USD).  The
"Licensing DELEGATOR" section of the Help system details several
options for placing your order.  To order a multi-user license or to
