If you already have a version of PowerDREAM installed then install 
this one OVER the old one. This way you'll keep your present menu.
In this case you might have to restart windows.

To install: 1) Decompress the zip file into a temporary directory.

            2) Run PwrDREAM.exe

            3) Delete the files you decompressed.
