This archive contains a help file for Virtual Pascal for OS/2, VPRTL.VPH.
It is work-in-progress and will be updated regularly.

This current help file contains online help for the functions found in
the VPUtils unit of the Virtual Pascal for OS/2 Run-time library.  To use
the help, copy the file to any directory listed in the VPHELP environment
variable or to the directory containing the VP executable.
