Install TPsiReportLayout as you would any other Delphi 2.x component.  

Place the component on a new form,

Write some code to set the SQLText Property value at runtime or set it manually via the Property Editor during development.

Run the application.

Click on the Default Report Layout button.

Manipulate the report layout as desired.

Click the Run Report button and Preview the report.

Print the report from the preview form.

Total Simplicity.
