Included here are the files necessary to install the 2do
Intelligent Task Manager for the Microsoft Windows environment.

To setup 2do under Windows 3.x:

    - run Windows
    - open File Manager
    - choose the Run command from the File menu
    - enter the path to the SETUP.EXE program
    - click OK
    - follow the instructions on the screen.

To setup 2do under Windows 95:

    - run setup.exe (in the same folder as this readme file)
    - follow the instructions on the screen

Make sure you read the Introduction file.  It contains information
on how to use the on-line help file to list the features of 2do
and to find the instructions on how to use them.
