Flanker 1.1 Win95 STUTTER Patch

We require more feedback from you, the users, about the stutter problem.

This patch is experimental and should be treated as such. It will only work with the Win95
version of Flanker.

Please make sure that you rename or take a copy of your old FSIM.LBB file before you copy
the new one into the Flanker directory.
