   you indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and

Disclaimer of Warranty

   "Windows 9-1-1 is supplied as is.  The author disclaims 
   all warranties, expressed or implied, including, 
   without limitation, the warranties of merchantability 
   and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes 
   no liability for damages, direct or consequential, 
   which may result from the use of Windows 9-1-1."


Evaluation and Registration

   This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use 
   this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a 
   period of 30 days.  If you use this software after this 
   evaluation period, a registration is required.  

   Unregistered use of Windows 9-1-1 after the 30-day evaluation 
   period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.


Registered Version

   One registered copy of Windows 9-1-1 can be installed on one
   computer. 

   You may access the registered version of Windows 9-1-1 
   through a network, provided that you have obtained individual 
   licenses for the software covering all workstations that will 
   access the software through the network.  

   For instance, if 8 different workstations will access 
   Windows 9-1-1 on the network, each workstation must have its
   own Windows 9-1-1 license, regardless of whether they use 
   Windows 9-1-1 at different times or concurrently.


Distribution

   Windows 9-1-1 is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge 
   to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, 
   but please do not give it away altered or as part of another system. 
   Anyone distributing Windows 9-1-1 for any kind of remuneration must 
   first contact LD Technologies, Inc. for authorization. 

   This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors 
   recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware 
   distributors, and such distributors may begin offering Windows 9-1-1 
   immediately (However LD Technologies, Inc. must still be advised 
   so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version 
   of Windows 9-1-1).
