YAWPI: Yet Another Windows Program Installer
             ============================================

Overview:
---------

To prepare your application for installation with Yawpi, you will need
to copy the following files into one directory:

	1. INSTALL.EXE - executable program.
	2. INSTALL.CFG - text file containing your configuration.
	3. your application files and archives.

Choose one of the sample INSTALL.CFG files, copy it to your new directory
and modify it to match your application.

Installation Examples
---------------------

This package comes with the following typical installation examples:

	1. Installing Yawpi again (to another directory).
	2. Installation from 2 floppy diskettes.
	3. CD installation (no files copied).
	4. Installation in languages other than English.

If you installed Yawpi in c:\yawpi, the directory structure looks
like this:

c:\yawpi\
	2floppys\
		disk1\
		disk2\
	cd\
	language\
	
The floppy and cd installation examples contain only the 
configuration files (INSTALL.CFG). 

If you want to run the cd installation example you need to copy 
INSTALL.EXE to the cd subdirectory.

If you want to run the 2-floppy installation example you need to copy the 
contents of disk1 and disk2 subdirectories to 2 floppy disks, then
copy INSTALL.EXE to the first floppy disk.

Executables:

"Install Yawpi Again" - click to run INSTALL.EXE and install Yawpi again.
"Sample Multilingual Setup" - click to run SETUP.EXE in foreign languages.
"Uninstall Yawpi" - click here if you don't want to keep Yawpi.
"Yawpi Seal Editor" - for registered users only.

"Registration Form" - click here if you do want to keep Yawpi.

"Multilingual setup.cfg" - config file for multilingual installation.
"2 Floppies Install sample" - config file for 2 floppy installation.
"CD Install sample" - config file for CD installation.
"uninstal.cfg" - config file of uninstalling Yawpi.
