What's New:

OfficeView 2.2 is an upgrade from version 2.0

New features available:
 - Option to prevent users from changing another user's status.
 - Evaluation versions can be registered and upgraded using a 
   special coding system.
 - More flexible installation. OfficeView is no longer 
   restricted to run from the shared common directory.
 - Can update the database without having to shut down the 
   workstations. Adding and removing names and groups is 
   detected by running programs and the menus are adjusted 
   without needing to be restarted.
 - Employee Information screen also displays cell phone, fax 
   number, pager number, miscellaneous field, message flag 
   showing employee has not read messages.
 - Message system includes clipboard copy and paste, print, 
   reply buttons; optional new message sound alert.
 - Main program is instantly minimized by pressing on the 
   space bar .
 - Numeric keys directly display the corresponding group.
 - Expanded reporting of error conditions
 - Improved Help, more installation instructions.
 - Trial versions start out with all commands available for 
   easy assessment by evaluators. Once registered, all critical 
   commands are restricted by password.

OfficeView 2.0 is an upgrade from version 1.5. 

New features available:
 - Pop-up window and blinking icon when new message is received.
 - Password protection to control access to administration 
   commands.
 - The display screen is scalable to several sizes on the screen.
 - Pop-up window for each name will display additional 
   information (e.g. telephone numbers, long remarks, whether 
   mail was read, etc.).
 - The message screens have been modified:  reply button added; 
   message screens are wider.
 - numbers of total and new messages received appear on the read message screen.  
 - Automatically indicates IN when person starts the program.  
   Option to automatically indicate OUT when the program is 
   turned off.
 - Both 16-bit and 32-bit versions available.
 - The remarks list is colour coded.
